I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems theory, while adding an understanding of neuropsychological functioning to help my clients. These methods have been clinically proven and are evidence based treatments.

I am a Professional Licensed Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have over 15 years of experience dealing with mental health issues such as depression, ADHD, PTSD, ODD and anxiety as well as other behavioral issues. I have experience working with individuals (ages 4+), families and couples. I believe counseling is a collaborative relationship in which we work together to solve problems in which each person is treated with dignity and respect. Gestalt therapists work on helping to reprogram self-sabotaging patterns and belief systems.
