At Beautiful Dreamers Behavioral and Educational Center, we offer comprehensive therapeutic, psychological, psychiatric, medication management, nursing service, and psycho-educational services. Our team of expert therapists possesses a variety of specialties and certifications that focus on the needs of the individual regardless age (including preschoolers) and area of struggle. Beautiful Dreamers Behavioral and Educational Center also provides comprehensive psychological educational evaluations for children and adults in the areas of intellectual functioning, academic, behavioral, vocational, and forensics. Our psycho-educational assessments are highly detailed and identify any underlying impairments affecting school performance.

I provide a nonjudgmental and accepting environment for clients to feel safe as they tell their stories. I take a collaborative approach, understanding and recognizing that we must work together to accomplish your goals, offering support every step of the way. I recognize that deciding to find a therapist and seeking treatment is a difficult, challenging and highly personal decision. Talking about your life and disclosing personal details to someone you've never met in a professional setting can be daunting and unnerving. I strive to create a comfortable environment for each one of my clients, honoring self-determination.

Terry Samuels earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice in December 1994 from Armstrong Atlantic University. Terry obtained his Master of Public Administration degree in December 1996 from Georgia State University. Terry obtained his Master of Professional Counseling degree in December 2015 from Grand Canyon University. Terry completed a 10-month internship at Intown Psychological Associates and completed the hours required for his associate license. Terry is a fully licensed therapist in the state of Georgia (LPC011391). Terry obtained his doctorate in psychology from Grand Canyon University in November of 2023.

Dr. Ashley Williams-Whitley is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. Dr. Ashley holds certifications as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Dr. Ashley received her Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision from Mercer University in 2023, a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Clark Atlanta University in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in 2016.
