I work with all ages incorporating mental, physical and spiritual factors. Therapy with children and teens typically involves better communication with parents and parenting help. I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years' experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I teach social skills to those dealing with Asperger's Syndrome and work with youth at risk for sexual exploitation.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). With a specialty in working with adults with Asperger's Syndrome, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help my clients learn to cope with the symptoms of depression and anxiety that often accompany Asperger's. I also work with individuals of all ages seeking to increase their daily living skills. Additionally, I am available to work with parents who are struggling with their child's challenging behaviors.

He is an EMDR-trained psychotherapist whose primary specializations are in healing nonsexual trauma, addiction recovery, sexual health concerns, sexual trauma, and compulsions. I believe trauma can keep people stuck in behaviors and emotional dysfunction and EMDR is a highly effective way of reprocessing "stuck" trauma.

I work with people who struggle with anxiety, mood swings, addictions, and marital problems. Life can be difficult at times, especially when we feel isolated. So often, we wear masks for the benefit of those around us, while inside we suffer and abuse ourselves. Few people are truly the person that their friends perceive them to be on the inside.Fewer still are those completely at peace with themselves.

At this time I provide individual therapy and ADHD evaluation for adults (18+ years old). I often work with young adults who are navigating mental health diagnoses, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, trauma, sexuality and gender identity, career decisions, college, and/or identity development. For each person I work with I seek to provide a safe and affirming environment.
