I work best with individuals experiencing complications associated with adoption, ADHD, and/or ASD diagnosis. These present as anxiety, trouble establishing a sense of identity, depression, lack/trouble maintaining motivation, difficulty sustaining/developing interpersonal relationships, familial conflict, poor academic performance, and underdeveloped communication skills. I help my clients understand how their brains are affected and how it can translate to their behaviors and perceptions of the world. I provide a space in session for clients to practice new skills so they feel better prepared for application.

I help nerdy cool awkward teens and young adults navigate through a world that doesn't seem to fit. My clients struggle like you do. Despite being smart, funny, and knowing the ins and outs of their favorite games, life is hard. When they first come in, they tell me that they don't need therapy.
