Over the years I have had the opportunity to walk alongside countless people during their times of grief, trauma, chronic illness, chronic pain, life transitions and life-altering events. I also help my clients learn strategies and develop tools to cope more effectively in managing stressors and emotional challenges.

In my office I offer clients a warm and supportive therapeutic environment where issues can be successfully addressed and resolved. But it is only with the client's effort and desire to change that psychotherapy is most successuful. Through the years I have found that a direct approach in therapy is most valuable as it allows us both to target those beliefs and behaviors which may require change.
