I believe that all people are good. However, attachment issues with early caregivers are common, and our naturally valuable states become blocked. Negative memories often become stuck in our nervous system, and relationship ruptures , occurring sometimes repeatedly during childhood, overtime will change the inherently good parts of us and mental health symptoms emerge. Emotional injurious patterns stemming from early familial dynamics are often replicated with the people we choose to be in relationships with, in an attempt to heal our inner wounds.
