I believe that counseling has the potential to help a person unlock his/her ultimate potential. I utilize a humanistic approach to therapy that seeks to help a person integrate mind and body, in an effort to achieve wholeness. I incorporate modalities such as play therapy expressive arts, and sand tray therapy. However, I believe the power of the therapeutic relationship is quintessential for success with clients.
