Whole Family Integrative Health is proud to offer a wide variety of services. We specialize in many unique aspects of psychology. We offer both full psychological assessments and therapy for a wide variety of disorders (ADHD, Learning Disorders, Autism, Anxiety, Depression, ODD, behavioral difficulties, and personality disorders). We also have Psychologists who specialize in every age range; From the very young, to the more experienced.

Each client has their own unique story and my job is to adjust to what the client needs utilizing an integrated approach of evidenced based practices. I gravitate toward strength based treatment. For younger clients this tends to include a behavioral plan and parent coaching to transfer skills across environments. Individual therapy, for all ages, may include: behavior modification, social skills training, CBT or DBT pending the individuals level of cognitive functioning and identified goals. The idea is to build upon already existing strengths and promote adaptive behaviors to improve overall functioning.

I specialize in working with young children, adolescents , young adults and families. I work with an array of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, social skills development, behavioral intervention, confidence, family issues and parent education and support. I have 8 years of experience in public-schools, as a School Social Worker. I have worked in an elementary setting primarily with students on the Autism Spectrum Disorder for 4 years. Then transitioned to a high school and worked with children in a program to equip students with social and academic skills to better navigate throughout high school.

"Most people come to counseling to find out what's wrong with them. I say, come on in, have a seat, and let's find out what's right with you". My belief is that the human capacity for healing is limitless. I also believe trauma can be healed. My specialty is working with trauma, PTSD, and Anxiety. My strength is in treating people according to their need and getting to the root of the issues bothering them.
