Positive outcomes in psychotherapy are most often a result of equifinality: all roads will eventually lead to Rome. The issue is not which road to take, but figuring out which road you as the client are willing to take to get you to your destination.
I have extensive clinical experience treating a wide spectrum of issues including: anxiety disorders; trauma and PTSD; depressive symptoms; substance abuse as well as treating more existential/identity concerns that are not as easily defined by a particular label. I am also adept at providing couples counseling and life coaching.
