Hi, I'm happy you're here! I help clients feel better in the bodies, their relationships, and their sexuality - You deserve to feel less anxious and more confident, and I'm here to help you figure out how! I believe we all have intuition that guides us toward authenticity & liberation, but social pressures, low self-esteem, and trauma often disconnect us from our true selves. Our work will focus on what you need, which may include: ditching diet culture, improving body image, challenging toxic relationship behaviors, learning healthier relationship skills, processing sexual shame, and processing past trauma.
In session, I show my full personality and want you to do the same! I use lots of curiosity and collaborative exploration, leaning on attachment work, ACT, EMDR, ERP, parts work, DBT, feminist therapy, and mind-body somatic techniques. As a trauma-informed clinician, I support clients through relationship/sexual trauma, childhood abuse, and/or church hurt.
As a therapist and human, I am empathetic, unconditionally accepting, and open - I believe vulnerability, humor, and compassionate confrontation are all part of a strong therapeutic alliance. I am Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating aligned, and I'm a sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming clinician. My office is your place to be yourself.
