Aspen Therapy Collective envisions a community where all people can access the support they need and thrive in emotional well-being. We are a small group practice with various specialties and are here for you. Ranging from individual therapy to parenting support, we will work together to learn about your life story and move in a direction that feels meaningful to you.
The director, Alyssa Wermers, specializes in Synergetic Play Therapy and provides play therapy training and supervision to all clinicians on the team. We also embrace Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), narrative approaches, and will use trauma informed practices to support your journey.
If you've been struggling with heavy emotions, challenges in your past, or worries about your future, we are here for you.
