We are excited to announce our fall Virtual Adult ADHD Skills group, Thursdays 3-4pm. Learn tools to manage time, emotions and procrastination. Build self-awareness and confidence in a supportive neurodiversity-affirming place. We accept most major insurances, Medicaid and private pay of $25 per session.
