Hey there! I’m Abby, and I work with adolescents and adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, and perfectionism. My approach is rooted in self-compassion, empowerment, and warmth as I strive to create a trauma-informed, queer-affirming, inclusive space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are! I believe that growth and healing are deeply connected to the relationship you have with every part of you. We'll build tools you can take outside of the therapy office, such as identifying unhelpful thinking styles in action, unblending emotions, and holding space for difficult moments with curiosity.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, using tools from IFS-informed parts work, CBT, and attachment-based approaches to understand how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond. Collaboratively, we'll work on healing younger parts of yourself, empowering you to move into the present with clarity and self-trust.
