When I think about therapy, I envision an individual carrying a little too much for a little too long, just seeking a little relief; someone to help them carry it all. I'd love to be that person for you. I enjoy working with those who are seeking healing from challenging/codependent relationships, trauma, navigating grief and loss, depression and anxiety, and/or simply have a desire to be in therapeutic contact with a supportive individual. I am an EMDR and brainspotting-trained, animal-assisted, trauma-informed therapist that utilizes a variety of approaches to co-create goals that feel supportive and nurturing to you. Our ranch is home to many incredible animals, that serve as co-therapists in your healing space. Sessions are creative, flexible, and ever-changing.
I am currently on a small waitlist for adult clients that are motivated and ready to engage in therapy. I offer a range of treatment options to meet your needs.
