When I close my eyes and think about therapy, I envision a human carrying a little too much for a little too long, just seeking a little relief; someone to help them carry it all. I'd love to be that person for you. I work with individuals who are seeking healing from challenging/codependent relationships, trauma, navigating grief and loss, depression and anxiety, and/or simply have a desire to be in loving, therapeutic contact with some incredible animals on your healing path. I am an EMDR-trained, animal-assisted, trauma-informed therapist that utilizes a variety of approaches to co-develop a treatment plan that feels supportive of your goals. Finding Hiawatha is home to horses, goats, dogs, cats, and even rats, that serve as co-therapists in your healing space. Sessions are creative, experiential, and ever-changing.

I am currently accepting a limited number of adult clients. I offer a range of treatment options to meet your needs. I offer in-person and virtual sessions. I so look forward to chatting with you about taking this beautiful next step towards finding the support you seek.
