My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen when we feel safe. Whether you're navigating big transitions, healing past trauma, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I offer a grounded, supportive space to do that work. I operate from an attachment perspective and use a variety of modalities tailored to the unique challenges each of my clients face. I work with individuals of all ages, addressing concerns like anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, and relationship struggles.
I have a particular interest in supporting people through the complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I’ve completed training in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and understand the deep emotional and physical changes that come with those life stages.
