They encompass individuals across all age groups, presenting with a diverse range of concerns, and hailing from various backgrounds, be it as individuals, couples, or families. I have discovered that there is often more common ground between us than between us. Life, in its essence, can be uncomplicated; however, we are confronted with a world that frequently conveys the opposite. I help a lot of clients learn how to regulate their emotions in health construct ways, set and enforce boundaries, and learn to love themselves more, so they don’t allow less.

My biggest priority building rapport, if there isn’t connection, it doesn’t matter what I know. You cannot communicate without connection. I love to offer resources and tools to support goals. My specialty is trauma and EMDR. I am EMDR certified, it is something I am well know for at the practice.

I believe in maintaining your energy despite the shift and difference of others. I will meet you where you are, and at the same time hold you accountable to where you like to be. That doesn’t mean one should be rude, judgmental, or hurtful, no one grows that way. I believe support, compassion, honesty, and loyalty to be the answer.
