Our Team
I work with LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, people struggling with body image concerns, eating disorders or disordered eating, and those navigating the effects of complex trauma. Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or challenged by relationships and past experiences. Together, we build a trusting therapeutic relationship that supports healing, self-understanding, and meaningful growth.

Professionally, I approach counseling as an ally and assistant to my clients throughout their counseling journey. I believe "change" is defined by the individual and that everyone has the potential to grow when empowered to do so. We all experience some form of stress, grief, hopelessness, or fear, and the idea that we must shoulder the weight of these emotions alone is counterintuitive to who we are as humans. My goal is to provide you with strong support and tools to manage whatever struggles you may be working through at your own pace while creating a relaxed and collaborative environment for all cultures and identities.

I believe in allowing clients to have a safe space to be their authentic self and feel comfortable in doing so. Getting to know you as a person is very important and can greatly assist in many aspects of treatment, and a therapeutic relationship. I stress that a mental health diagnosis is no different than any other medical diagnosis you may receive and should be treated as such. If a mental health diagnosis is made, believe that this is only a piece of you and does not define you as a person, often stressing that diagnostics are not the primary focus.

While I often work with those who are struggling with substance use disorders, I also offer guidance on concerns such as depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, behavior modification, and impulse control. I invite clients to share their stories, highlighting their main focus and concerns in therapy and then work collaboratively on developing a personalized and goal-oriented treatment plan to work through past traumas and current life stressors. I hope to be a driving force in providing holistic care that is able to bridge the gap between mental and physical health.

I believe therapy is a collaborative, supportive space where you can feel understood and empowered to create meaningful change. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to provide a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe showing up as you are.
My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I strive to meet clients where they are while gently supporting them in moving toward the life they want to live. Therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about creating space for understanding, healing, and meaningful progress at your own pace

My goal as a therapist is to help empower my clients to build fulfilling and meaningful lives that are in line with their values; for some clients that might mean getting support in exploring what a meaningful life means to them. Others may already have specific goals in mind and are looking for support in the form of skills and tools to get there. There is no one “right way” to be a healthy, fulfilled person. I am especially passionate about working with polyamorous, queer, and neurodivergent adults, and I strive to provide affirming and culturally humble care to all my clients.

Welcome. As a therapist and case manager I've worked with people from all walks of life. I've supported them with many different issues as a therapist and with getting connected with additional services to address barriers and challenges to living their best life. I consider myself to be a DBT therapist with an additional strong focus on OCD and addiction, yet I often find that for so many people, these behavior patterns often exist only as a part of maladaptive thought and behavior patterns. People often need support to not only address the addiction, OCD, etc, but also these thought patterns and behaviors that orbit it.

Feeling stuck—even after doing everything “right”?
You’ve tried the medications. You’ve followed the advice. But you’re still not getting better. Maybe you’ve been handed multiple diagnoses or feel like your treatment plan is more guesswork than guidance. It’s frustrating. Exhausting. And often, lonely.
Let’s change that.
I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner who combines medical expertise with a whole-person approach. That means we’ll explore everything from medication and physical health to sleep, personality, behavior patterns, and life history. I believe lasting change happens when we understand you—not just your symptoms
