Hello! My name is Asmeret Hagos, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in the Southern California region. My goal is to empower my clients build their self-confidence by navigating their barriers in life and establishing skills such as positive communication, mindfulness, and re-framing practices in order for them to reach a place of self-acceptance.
I work with children and teens (between 6-18 years of age) as well as adults. My specialty includes spiritual struggles, anxiety, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, grief, job stress, life transitions, mood disorders, parenting, racial identity, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
