I have over 20 years of experience working in outpatient, inpatient and residential settings and have a comprehensive background in mood disorders, substance use disorders and marital/family concerns. My clients describe me as a warm, skilled therapist who genuinely cares. I will help you be honest with yourself regarding the areas that need change and to trust and lean on your inherent strengths.
Some of my specialty areas include setting appropriate boundaries, life changes, stress, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression and relationship concerns. Along with talk therapy, we may decide to incorporate evidence -based mind/body techniques to help stabilize your mood, release stuck beliefs or restore balance in your life.
Mind Body Therapies Include: Brainspotting, Clinical Hypnosis, Mindfulness, EFT (Meridian Tapping Therapy) and Yoga breathing and gentle movement guidance for the treatment of Mood Disorders.
