We go against the grain of “typical” & how “things should be” & focus instead on what works for you. I take a personal approach with my clients and explore not only what is going on in the inside but how their environment may be helping or hindering their ability to thrive. I often tell my clients, “I may be a professional therapist but you are a professional of you and together we will figure out a therapy path that works best for you.”
I offer free consultations to those curious to see if I am the right fit for them. If I am not, I’ll try to find you another therapist either in our practice or another practice.
