I also work with depressive symptoms due to Grief, Loss, and Major Adjustment, as well as relationship distress between spouses or partners. I particularly love working with teens, for the above issues listed and for self-esteem, bullying, and school concerns.
I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and mindfulness to help you access whatever you need or are missing the most in your life.
