I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a former Licensed Professional School Counselor with experience working with a wide range of clinical needs. I create a safe, healing environment that is focused on enhancing a client's resources and strengths. From this foundation, I help clients to identify their challenges and set goals so that they can begin to make changes that positively affect their lives and sense of self. I believe that treatment techniques must be based on the particular needs of the individual, and recognize that each individual is influenced by many factors within his/her environment.
My specialties and interests include anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, depression, adjustment/life transitions, parenting support, and adolescent behavioral & emotional issues. My practice is GBLTQ+ friendly.
