The healing process of therapy can reduce suffering as well as being a process of discovering one's authentic self. Developing self-awareness and acceptance, working through the roots of your personal problems, making lasting and powerful changes, and finding meaning and richness in your life is an empowering process that I am so grateful and honored to be a part of. The approach I use is effective for depression, anxiety, issues of trauma and abuse, relationship concerns, and connection with yourself and others. I believe that each individual has unique strengths and talents and the capacity to find answers for healing within.
I believe in trying to understand all aspects in someone's life and recognizing the impact of their experiences, relationships, and understandings into the current way of life. I utilize my training and skills in helping clients come to witness ideas and behaviors within themselves and then find ways to make changes and find balance.
I incorporate telemental health video conferencing in my practice which allows participating in therapy more convenient and accessible for clients living in rural areas. I am available for these sessions during the days, evenings, and weekends. I am licensed in Utah and Nevada (virtual sessions only in NV). I look forward to speaking with you.
