I have extensive experience working with adults, children, and families with emotional and behavioral disorders including mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder), anxiety, ADHD, developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, PTSD, and personality disorders. I work with people struggling with transition and stress management, aiding them to establish, maintain, and respect interpersonal boundaries.

I am dedicated to equipping children, teens,adults and families with effective skills to reduce stress. People with anxiety and mood disorders,exceptional learning, behavioral and emotional needs are welcome. Athletes who want to improve focus and reduce anxiety are taught individually-tailored effective skills. I use American Sign Language with deaf and hard-of-hearing children and adults. I work well with people who have gaps in social and language skills common to Asperger's Disorder, High Functioning Autism, and various learning disorders. I use research-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and solution-focused family therapy.

This is Deepika Pandey, Licensed Behavior Specialist. Currently, i am working with the Neurodiversity population. I have had the years of privilege of helping many young children with autism spectrum, ADHD, Down syndrome mental and behavioral health issues. I have experience working with in-home, in-school wraparound services. My sessions are based on ABA-Evidence Based Intervention within most natural environment of learning. Parental teaching, skills transferring is always my extra priority for a successful session.

My name is Samantha Gregg. I am a LCSW in Pennsylvania and an LMSW in Maryland. I offer telehealth services to those residing in PA and in-person or telehealth services to those residing in MD. A client who would be a good fit for my services is likely a child, teen, tween, or adult who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, neurodivergence, identity issues, difficulty finding providers fluent in ASL, the effects of trauma, and/or part of the LGBTQIA+ community. In outpatient therapy, internal motivation is important; I also hold the understanding that motivation can take time to build.

We are a group of Life Coaches for adults on the ASD Spectrum and other Neurodiverse individuals. We teach practical real life skills such as social skills, communication skills, independent living and college/career development. We have a heavy focus on healthy relationship building from the ground up and executive functioning. Many of our clients need help in the areas of social interaction, friendship building, relationship advice, job interview skills, how to find and keep a job for the long term, how to communicate effectively, building self awareness and self confidence and achieving independence in a very social world.
