Howard has been a providing psychotherapy, behavioral therapy, and consultation to mental health and developmentally disabled populations since 1973. He has also directed both adult and children's partial hospital programs for consumers from the ages of 4-60+.

Though we will experience some harm no matter how we react to life, how we respond to life, in our thoughts, words and actions, will either increase or decrease the harm we encounter in our emotional stability, in our relationships and in our personal and spiritual hopes. Hi my name is Tiffany Huntley, I am Deaf/ ASL user. I am a Pre License Counselor with National Deaf Therapy, serving clients in PA, NY, TX, MD, ME, FLA and GA. I have over 20 years of experience in the Deaf mental/behavioral health setting, residential, school, community and in the home.

I believe that every individual has the power within themselves to achieve any treatment goal they come to Harmony Bay to work towards.
