Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly. Personal growth and healing are attainable in any stage of life. I enjoy empowering clients by helping them embrace change, create healthier relationships and eventually self-manage their struggles for greater contentment with life. My professional passions include supporting young adults to better understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviors, to challenge old definitions of themselves, break unhealthy cycles and pursue a sense of fulfillment.
Using an open mind, humor and encouragement, I guide clients through a variety of creative and research-supported methods to address common difficulties such as anxiety, low mood and self-doubt. Therapy is customized for each unique individual; I take their specific situation, history and strengths into account while we work towards their goals.
Immediate openings for Sundays (virtual only). Appt times vary Sunday through Thursday 10am-6pm (very limited evening appts). I see clients in the Chaska office or by video/phone chat.
