I provide therapy to individuals and families in a non-judgmental, non-assuming and safe environment where understanding and healing can get to the root of what's causing your pain in order to achieve freedom from overwhelming issues and provide you with resolution and peace.
My approach is holistic to support your body's own innate wisdom to heal itself. Through this approach, I provide clients a safe environment to process and discharge difficult or intense feelings in order to heal on a deep emotional level.
My focus is on trauma, anxiety, depression, relational issues, grief and loss, life transitions, and parent coaching / education. I respect and honor each client's spiritual foundation and encourage the use of your spirituality as a resource.
