BZA Behavioral Health is an inclusive, highly specialized group of clinicians dedicated to the emotional and behavioral wellness of the individuals and families we treat. We value the diversity & unique experiences of each person & it is our mission to have comprehensive & individualized types of treatment options to best match those personal needs. Services we offer include (but are not limited to) neuropsychological/psychological assessment, psychiatry, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, & art therapy. We work with clients of all ages to utilizing strength to cope with life's challenges.
Our services range from therapy for depression and anxiety to medication management, parenting support, family counseling and life coaching. With years of experience, BZA Behavioral Health specializes in the unique treatment needs of child, adolescent and adult clients. In addition, we offer several parenting seminars and adolescent groups as well.
BZA Behavioral Health also offers consultation, supervision and training services to other mental health professionals. With well over a decade of consulting experience, we are able to share our expertise on a number of behavioral health topics ranging from co-occurring disorder to supervision techniques and much more!

DBT Skills Group Therapy-13-17yo
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based modality that uses a skill-building curriculum to encourage participants to manage their emotions by practicing mindfulness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation, as well as the development of positive interpersonal relationships. It is a long-term process that has been proven to address many of the common challenges typically addressed in therapy, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, ADHD, disordered eating, risky behavior, and past substance abuse. This DBT skills group will educate participants about the skills needed for long term wellness in their lives. This group is scheduled to meet every week for 60-90 minutes per session.
