I offer my years of experience and training to assist my clients to deepen the understanding of their mind and emotional development. I will journey with you to assist in experiencing, understanding and challenging thoughts and behaviors.
I have 15 + years experience in assisting adults and youth with trauma/PTSD, attachment issues, relationship discord, anxiety, depression, mood disturbances and substance abuse issues.
