I believe that at the heart of good client care is a healthy therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I am trained in eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and utilize trauma-informed approaches in my therapy practice. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). I firmly believe that all individuals possess the power to heal themselves. I can assist you on that journey. I specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, and their families to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, and stress-management. I utilize techniques from evidenced-based practices such as Compassion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) And EMDR.
