Coach Gwen offers Life & Career Coaching, and Mental & Behavioral Health and Chemical Dependency Counseling for individuals, families, couples, and group therapy. One of my passions and area of experience is with working with clients that have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. I also enjoy working with clients in need of anger management, cognitive reconstruction, and mindfulness training. My company Ask Coach Gwen's goal is simple: to foster an environment of Total Wellness, encompassing mind, body, & soul.
Areas of specialty are Individual/ Family/Couples Counseling, Group Therapy, Chemical Dependency, and Life Coaching. She has experience in subject matters of Mental & Behavioral Health, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, and Chemical Dependency.
