I specialize in uncovering unresolved wounds, trauma and beliefs by combining Gestalt therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Shadow work, and mindfulness-based hypnotherapy. My practice is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care and somatic awareness, ensuring a compassionate and comprehensive approach to your well-being.
