About
I work with individuals and families who are suffering from emotional, behavioral, relationship, and trauma issues My visions is by providing clients with a safe environment, where they are able to begin to express themselves without judgment. I encourage my clients to feel free to bring any thought feeling and concern to the partnership.
I apply Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy which recognizes that the way one thinks dramatically impacts how one feels and behaves; and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (Mindfulness) which assist with gaining awareness plus acceptance is a key facilitator of change.
Therapeutically, I will utilize various approaches: mindfulness practices (DBT),cognitive behavior (CBT) and subsystems approach (Multi-systematic Therapy) which will help clients begin their journey of living their authentic life."
