Trauma can disconnect you from your true self. I work with women who have experienced trauma and looking to find their real authentic selves again. Despite feeling stuck, hopeless and ruled by your triggers, I believe everyone has the ability to and strength to heal themselves. They just need a little hope and a little help.
I specialize in treating women who want to heal from trauma. I use EMDR, group therapy and Guided Autobiography Writing (GAB) in order to do so. I believe writing is a powerful healing tool that can foster self-acceptance. GAB is also well-researched and has several benefits such as decreased anxiety and increased connectedness.
