While I am the trained and skilled professional of mental health treatment, I believe that my clients are the experts of themselves. Therefore, I trust that we need to bring our expertise together to collaborate on how we are going to help you to move closer to your own goals and values. I specialize in working with Trauma (PTSD and C-PTSD), Eating Disorders, Perinatal and Post Partum, Sexual Health, and various Addictions. I suggest and offer evidence-based treatments and mix that with what my client wants. I am more interactive. I plan to support and validate you WHILE challenging you, holding you accountable, and while guiding you.
