Hi! My name is Asia Perry. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of NC with over 10 years of experience in the social work field. I specialize in with with adults who experience anxiety, depression, anger, and adjustment challenges. My approach to providing therapy is client-led, utilizing solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and crisis management to assist in facilitating the change you want to see.
I help focus on addressing your concerns and focus problems head-on and assist with changing your mindset and addressing limiting thoughts that prevent you from growing, healing, and feeling fulfilled. My communication style is open and direct but wholly client-focused.
My goal is to provide you with a safe space to grow, heal, and feel fulfilled while also challenging you to be your best self by focusing on your set goals.
