I have provided therapeutic support for a wide range of concerns and experiences, including the influence of childhood bonding and attachment on lifestyle, symptom management for anxiety and depression, safety plans for survivors of intimate partner violence, senior-living, vocational guidance, family conflict, and advocacy for fostered, adopted, and aging-out youth. I also focus on self-regulation techniques and life transitions, working with diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, gender dysphoria, and PTSD.
