My ideal client is someone who have or is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and self-esteem and seek to make positive changes in their life. My ideal client is motivated and willing to explore childhood to adulthood experiences while identifying their triggers or stressors. They want to learn different healthy coping skills and tools that will help them maintain their goal to be resilient despite life's unpredictable circumstances, able to regulate their emotions, and improve their self-esteem.
We live in a world that is overwhelming, unpredictable, and anxiety provoking. I work with my clients to understand their life experiences, beliefs about themselves and the world. By gaining insight, I help and support clients by empowering them with the tools to navigate through their life’s journey and meet the goals they have identified.
My goal as your therapist is to collaborate with you to meet your goals. I come along your side to help you with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and body image issues. I promote and believe in personal growth, showing empathy, dignity and worth. I offer a non-judgmental and compassionate space in therapy for individuals to be themselves.
