I am a trauma-informed therapist and counselor educator specializing in complex trauma, perinatal mental health, identity development, relational trauma and attachment wounds, and culturally responsive care for diverse and BIPOC communities. I am an EMDR-trained clinician and integrate somatic therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS) – informed parts work, narrative therapy, and psychodynamic approaches to support healing across the lifespan.
