I tailor each session to your needs, sometimes we'll simply reflect, and other times we'll use practical tools to support growth and movement forward. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported by blending genuine connection, clinical experience, and evidence-based approaches like DBT, CBT, EMDR, and Solution Focused Therapy.
