My name is Ashya and I want to acknowledge you for taking the first step in your healing journey. Having a safe space to openly express thoughts and emotions while being met with nonjudgmental support fosters healing and positive changes. Inner Guidance Counseling was created to provide a space where individuals can find their way. Everything you need is within, but sometimes you need someone to walk along with you until you discover it.
I work with adolescents and adults struggling with trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Counseling is as unique as you are, so my approach will be tailored to you; what works, what you like, etc. I incorporate mindfulness practices and somatic techniques that foster the mind-body connection.
