If you’re a first responder or someone who’s been through overwhelming experiences, therapy can be a practical and effective tool to get unstuck, feel more in control, and build real coping skills. You don’t have to sit around talking about your feelings if that’s not your style—we’ll focus on what works. I specialize in trauma recovery and work extensively with first responders under South Carolina’s Mental Stress Management Benefit. I use EMDR and DBT to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce anxiety and reactivity, and build emotional resilience.

For those open to it, I also integrate art therapy as a creative tool to deepen insight and healing. I work best with people who may be nervous about starting therapy but are motivated to change. Whether you prefer a structured approach or a more exploratory one, we’ll work together to find what feels right.
