In order for us to do that, we have to have a strong mindset, accountability, vulnerability, & a support system.
I use a vast variety of treatment modalities to help my clients reach their treatment goals. Those modalities include but are not limited to: CBT, DBT, Strength Based Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
