I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in work with older adolescents (15-17) and adults. I work with patients experiencing all circumstances of life, and I have a particular passion for people navigating life transitions (e.g., high school to college, early adulthood, military to civilian life, becoming a parent, etc). I have worked extensively with Veterans, college students, and health care professionals.
I strongly believe in the importance of providing patients with evidence based care, and I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have specialty training in the treatment of PTSD and anxiety disorders such as social anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety, generalized anxiety, and OCD.
I recognize the importance of balancing making space for difficult emotions while also helping individuals see the change that is meaningful within their own lives. I want to be a space that allows for processing and growing, and also seeing meaningful change in your life.
