I work with individuals, couples, and families to create a safe, supportive space where healing and growth can happen. My approach focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, honesty, and respect so clients feel comfortable being fully themselves in session.
I am trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback/Biofeedback, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), TBRI, Tapping, and Love & Logic. I tailor counseling to each client’s unique needs and goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
