My goal is to not only provide counseling, but to empower you to get through whatever it is in life you are facing via various modalities of talk therapy, providing you with individualized information and tools, and give you confidence back to face said challenges and achieve your desired goals.
My specialties include (but are not limited to): motherhood (new moms, prenatal, postpartum, etc.), parents, SAHMs, military service members & families, first responders & families, mental health diagnoses, co-morbid diagnoses, preteens/teens (13+), school &/or work issues, relationships, trauma, chronic pain/illness, & more.
