My goals for all my clients include building on already effective life skills, learning new skills that support your therapy goals, exploring how past traumas contribute to current problems, and overall feeling respected as a human being through the therapy process.

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP), Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC). I have over 13 years of experience working with adolescents and adults with mental health, substance use, and trauma disorders, as well as their family members.
