My name is Ashton Barnes, and I provide a warm, compassionate, and supportive environment for those seeking individual counseling, mindfulness strategies, emotional regulation tools, and opportunities for self-reflection. I have experience working with individuals with mental health and substance use disorders in a community-based setting as well as those struggling with anxiety, adjustment challenges, relational conflict, grief, and self-esteem. I value a client-centered and strengths-based approach focusing on attachment and mindfulness for emotional regulation.
