Do you feel stuck in a pattern of undesired behaviors? Certified in EMDR therapy, my approach is to move from the oversimplification of behavioral plans/coping strategies to clients learning to lead their lives with purpose. This can be done by clients exploring parts of themselves that may seem powerless to undesired behaviors. Additionally, I look beyond diagnoses to focus on neurobiology and integration of emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical experiences.
I utilize evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR (eye movement desensitization & reprocessing), IFS (internal family systems), and play therapy. I also incorporate Biblical principles when requested. I have experience working with women, children, and adolescents.
