About
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and self esteem concerns. I also specialize in helping individuals of all ages cope with emotional strains that may come with experiencing chronic health conditions. No matter what you are facing in life, times of transition or adjustments in life can be stressful and overwhelming and having someone walk along side you on your journey can help you unlock your full potential.
I provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their emotions and express themselves. My goal as a counselor is to walk along side my clients and help them gain tools to access and enhance the inherent strength within them so that they are better able to reach their goals.
Taking the first step toward change can be overwhelming. I want to know that no matter what you are facing, you do not have to go through it alone. Seeking help does not mean you are weak, it is an act of strength. I invite you to reach out to me so we can plan for your success and embrace all of the possibilities in your life.
